Let's replace the industry with video phones that are free where free wifi is available, the phone function just has to be a back up if you have a paid SIM. It would be nice if we could steal the pidgin code so people could use whatever medium they are interested in to hook up p2p style: AIM, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, MySpace, email address and IRC room, etc....
